The technician, Carlos, was punctual, reviewed the situation and explained clearly what needed to be done, and did the work in a very professional manner. He showed me afterwards exactly what he had replaced and had me open and close the doors. I couldn't be more pleased with his work.

I called Precision between 6:30 and 7:00pm on a weekday and got a real person on the phone that quickly assessed our emergency situation and scheduled a technician to come next day (1st thing) - Francisco arrived within the time frame and was completely professional. He explained with patience each part of the process of purchasing a new garage door and went into detail of the options that were available to me. He showed us on his ipad what our new door would look like once installed with our choices. Overall, he turned a stressful situation into a positive experience.

This was a call for an estimate to replace 2 garage doors (approx 25 years old). Ricardo was prompt, courteous & VERY efficient - He explained your product and installation process in great detail, gave me your brochure and answered all my questions. I was impressed with his knowledge & efficiency. Since I live in condo complex - any outside replacements need to be approved by simple majority - I am actually ready to go forward BUT need to wait for Association approval.

My technician Rick Jones arrived on time, assessed what needed to be done and gave me several repair and replace options.
