My first experience with Precision Garage Door was a couple of years ago -- I was shopping for a new person or company to service my Garage Door -- I gave them a try. Their first visit impressed me -- hence I called them again when I recently found a problem develop. For decades my Garage Door Service Provider had told me that 1/2 horse motors were the only way to go -- hence, my garage door operation was always noisy and convinced me that the motor or parts would need constant replacement. My first visit from Precision Garage Doors convinced me to upgrade to 3/4 horsepower -- the operation is now quiet -- thank you. I've told my friends who can't believe how quiet this is.

Service tech Carlos is the most professional and knowledgable person who serviced our door opener today. He gave us a quote to replace the garage door motor and parts in the near future but got our current garage door system operating in the meantime. No hard sales tactics. I so appreciated his valuable service today, will definitely recommend this company to everyone.

When I called them I was told the quotation is free, but after the visit they asked me to pay $69. After the left and sent the invoice I saw I have been charged $71 and have not received any quotation over email . These guys seems to be a scam.
