I had an excellent experience working with Carlos on some much needed repairs on a garage door. I’m always wary about bait and switch situations, but there were obvious safety issues that Carlos pointed out, that needed attention. He clearly explained the options, including doing nothing, and I was able to make an informed decision. I would definitely recommend Precision and and Carlos.

I would say 4 stars; very professionally run service; the technician was very professional; he explained all the problems and the repairs that were needed. My only complaint is that it was much more expensive than I anticipated (675.00). The work was well done and the parts appeared to be high quality.

Carlos was great. Called me in the morning to tell me what time frame he estimated. Called me again to tell me he was an hour away. This was great so I didn't have to be home waiting. Got a new garage door opener and boy is it quiet. I never thought garage doors openers could be quiet, but the belt drive garage door opener is awesome! THANKS CARLOS !

I have used Precision twice now. Both times the service was prompt. The technician was polite, knowledgeable and the work was completed in a timely way.
