I called in the morning to see if I could make an appointment for repair thinking I would have to wait days for a technician. I was pleasantly surprised when told a technician would be out that very day. He even came early! Eddie Montoya was professional and friendly, and he got the job done quickly.

Tyson Clawson performed his job very well. His work and manner was good. The price for the springs seemed extremely expensive. $200.00 per spring. Tyson said it was competitive with what other would charge. I usually get a couple of bids,but didn't this time. Today, I checked Home Depot--comparable, non coated springs--less than $50.00. He had one issue, the door does not travel with consistent resistance through the travel range. He may need to come back if it doesn't improve with some use. I felt the price to replace four springs seemed "a bit much".

Very impressed with the staff at Precision. From initial installation two months ago to a minor repair and adjustment that was done yesterday. The technicians and people who I have talked to on telephone are friendly and extremely professional. I called and asked for a technician to check my door at 9 am and Eddy arrived at approximately 1 pm. Could not have asked for better service.

There are not enough stars for Sergeo and Daniel. They rate a 10 + rating. I choose precision based on immediate need, as well as reviews and other ratings. Sergeo and Daniel were prompt, polite, professional, and made sure we received all inspection information, service options, and a clear estimate before starting. Precision installed our garage door and their team has been incredibly helpful. Michael has been out twice and each time has been incredibly helpful.
