I called mid-morning and a tech was scheduled for after 2pm same day. He finished another job early, so called to see if coming early would work! I had springs and other parts replaced. The tech was professional, knowledgeable and quick at completing work. At least 2 of my neighbors and I highly recommend Precision.

Cory quickly diagnosed our balky garage door problem as due to worn out springs leading to heavy unbalanced door weight, which in turn caused wear and damage to the drive gear. Not quite what I expercted. The cure was the complete overhaul package, which was done very efficiently, leaving us with a smooth running and quiet garage door. Problem solved.
