I had an emergency situation, the spring had cracked on my neighbors door where I store my vehicle, I needed to be somewhere important in 2 hours. I called Precision, they told me they could only send someone out the next morning, so I scheduled for that. Within 10 minutes, someone from Precision called me back and told me they had a tech who could arrive in 30 minutes. Then, the tech, Mike called me from Santa Monica and I explained to him that we live in Pacific Palisades and due to the recent fire, he would need to pass through a checkpoint to reach us. He called within 10 minutes and told me he was denied entry and told he would need to drive to Westwood to get a contractors pass. Undaunted, he drove to a different checkpoint and told the guardsman that it was an emergency work order, that I was stuck in my garage and low and behold, he was allowed entry! He then arrived, was very friendly, knowledgeable and completed the work in less than an hour. Thanks for saving my day, Mike! I highly recommend Precision (and Mike!) and will use them again.

Michael was super professional and super nice. Two things you want in a technician when your garage door has locked your cars inside your garage and you've been panicking all night long! Michael was communicative when he was running late from a previous job that took longer than expected, and when he was here, he treated me like I was his only customer. Best technician experience I've ever had!
