I saw an ad on TV for Precision Garage Door service and when I started having issues with my garage door, I called them for service. My Precision service technician was Armando Bacca, and when I explained my issues to Armando he provided me service options and a through explanation how this would solve each of my issues. After he provided me explanations with options then he was able to provide me with same day service to solve each of my issues. I am very satisfied with the service offered by Precision. Armando did an amazing job with the installation. His detailed follow-up, answering all my questions and showing me how the improvements would work and explaining warranties and etc. made me feel like customer service was his number one priority. Armando is amazing to work with when you have garage door service needs. I am now a life time customer..thank you.

I have used Precision Door Service in the past. I originally called to have my garage door serviced. Armando was prompt, polite and professional. He called prior to his arrival with his estimated arrival time. Upon arriving he performed an overall safety test on the door and opener. Then I was provided with (3) estimates. Since my opener was running slow, rough, and approaching 21 yrs., I decided to have it replaced. Armando was able to replace it during the visit. He also serviced my door and replaced the rollers.

The service is very good the only thing was the price of $$$ for the repair. The hardware is around $60 from Home Depot so the service call and labor needs to be looked at for seniors on fixed income.

To Whom It May Concern: To this very hour, almost 24 hours after my appointment with a representative, I still have no paperwork, no itemization of all the costs. I do not know what the steel quality of the door is. I only found out recently that the door is not weatherized. I haven't a clue. In your opinion, is this the correct way to do business? I feel as if I allowed myself to be taken for a fool, thinking your company would conduct business properly. The representative presented me with only a single page of designs for garage doors. Most of them I did not like and the one I chose, would never have been to my liking. Yet your website has much more to look at? Why was I never given this material at my house is a question I cannot answer. What happened to me today, should never happen to anyone else. I feel like a fool who has been suckered. After speaking with our technician who met with you he said that he did go over multiple options with you, discuss whether the door was insulated or not, and gauge of steel used on the door. But if you have questions after our technicians has left your home, we are always happy to review order with you should you call or email. We have hundreds of options to chose from. We are sorry you picked a door that would never be to your liking, yet we cannot order a door without your approval and our technicians cannot force you to pick a door that you do not want. We also confirmed that your order was emailed to you, however we will mail a physical copy upon your request. As requested we have refunded your money.

The springs on my garage broke and Precision garage door repair came out the next day and had it replaced within 45 minutes. The technician was very professional and polite and seemed to enjoy his job which showed me that the company as a whole is taking care of him. The spring coils that were needed for mine were a little pricier than the basic Springs due to the weight of my garage door but it was explained to me clearly and the warranty is pretty good.

I was able to call at 5:30 in the morning and set an appt. for that day. No other garage door company offered that option. That meant I would have to wait many hours to just get a service call that I'm sure wouldn't have been the same day. Precision was available to book my repair that early in the morning. And the technician that came out was the best technician I could have asked for. He was very engaged and explained everything well. He replaced the broken spring quickly and explained everything prior to starting. He was quick and efficient in his repairs. He has great customer service skills and he deserves quidos for his prefessionalism.

Precision Garage Door Services was extremely prompt and courteous in responding to my request for service. The technician was scheduled to come the next morning, and he arrived timely (calling first to announce his arrival). My technician was Armando. I paid $98.00 for the technician to tighten a screw. Absoultely will NEVER recommend or hire this company ever again. Outrageous!

Very unhappy customer

Way overpriced. I got 2 other quotes and they were more than a $1,000.00 difference. It's not like it's a twenty thousand dollar job. Why such a substantial price difference? I asked my construction buddies and they said..."No one should be paying that price for garage doors. The people were nice, the price was waaaay off.
