Julian was an absolute professional! He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional during the repair process. He performed a safety inspection of my door upon arrival (pointing out what parts needed repair and they would be installed). He then went over the estimated costs and included warranties. The repair took about 45 minutes. He then took the time to point out all the new parts and how to keep them in working condition. The payment process was easy and was exactly what he quoted me. I would highly recommend Julian. He was awesome!

I had an emergency situation, the spring had cracked on my neighbors door where I store my vehicle, I needed to be somewhere important in 2 hours. I called Precision, they told me they could only send someone out the next morning, so I scheduled for that. Within 10 minutes, someone from Precision called me back and told me they had a tech who could arrive in 30 minutes. Then, the tech, Mike called me from Santa Monica and I explained to him that we live in Pacific Palisades and due to the recent fire, he would need to pass through a checkpoint to reach us. He called within 10 minutes and told me he was denied entry and told he would need to drive to Westwood to get a contractors pass. Undaunted, he drove to a different checkpoint and told the guardsman that it was an emergency work order, that I was stuck in my garage and low and behold, he was allowed entry! He then arrived, was very friendly, knowledgeable and completed the work in less than an hour. Thanks for saving my day, Mike! I highly recommend Precision (and Mike!) and will use them again.
