Installer did a fine job and answered all my questions. The quality of the aluminum door was a piece of junk. Flimsy,noisy,and raddled due to the gauge of the material. The original equipment by Pulte was better than that junk you installed . Noticed, this door did not have the same horizontal stabilizer bars as my old one. $1000 worth of junk.

The manager called me and she said she would look into the matter and call me on her findings. Never happened. No problem. I have new garage doors installed with another installer. I told him what work Precision did and he could not believe the charge for doing NOTHING but just move some wires. He repaired the wiring in the garage door opener, installed new rollers, and replaced end bearing plates. Garage door is quieter than ever and functioning perfectly. Precision is open on Sundays which allowed me to make an appointment early Monday morning. The Tech was early, called when on the way, was very informative in describing the problem and giving suggestions for a resolution. When our garage door stopped working suddenly and we were unable to open the door without having to struggle manually....we looked in our Community Magazine for garage door services and found Precision. Since this happened on a Friday, and we needed IMMEDIATE help, we saw that Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was open 24/7 and others that we searched were not open on weekends and/or close early. So we called Precision and they came out same day! Justin and Tavis were our technicians, and they couldn't have been more professional, as well as very nice! My wife always ask a lot of questions, lol, and they were happy to answer them all without any attitude, (as some can get when they don't want to be bothered). They worked professionally and as quickly as possible, while getting things done right. So, we got a new state-of-the-art heavy duty garage door opener (very quiet;) and new springs, which were also desperately needed. The existing unit and springs were almost 20 years old, so it was time to replace, for sure. They honored the coupons, as well, that were advertised, so their fees were reasonable and they also give a 90 day warranty on work performed. All in all, we were very satisfied with our experience from Precision. Great job! Thanks!
