PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF OMAHA

My garage door opener would intermittently not completely shut or would close and reopen. I figured it needed a tune-up. I texted with Raynor who installed the door and opener and technician said they would be here tomorrow, I asked what time and they never responded back and never came. I called Door Doctor and phone was not answered, a couple hours later I called again and when right to voice mail. I looked online and saw Precision had great reviews, so I called, answered immediately and scheduled a tech at my convenience. The technician - Arnold was the best, very knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up getting new opener and rollers. WOW - what a difference, so quiet you don't know it is running. Arnold also explained maintenance and features. He installed the opener and rollers in 1.5 hrs. I'm very impressed with Precision and would highly recommend to anyone needing garage door service,

We had a broken spring on our garage door and called Precision after seeing great reviews online. I called them at 4:00 pm and Patrick came at 7:30 pm that day and put new springs on in less than and hour. Great service!

Our Technician was great. He came when he said he would and did a great job. We had the door put in and that was a good experience also.The price of a good spring are $30- $75 for a really good spring. I realize your prices are installed with warranty but still $285 for each spring seems very excessive to me. I think I will consider another company next time we need service. I would never have considered any other company before this experience.

Right before a winter storm, a couple of rollers came off the track and prevented the door from closing. I called the next morning (on a Sunday) and Precision set up an appointment that day. Ric arrived on time (actually a little early) on an icy, cold day, and made the needed repairs to get the door working again. Thanks so much for doing such a great job and for the friendly service!

The installation and instruction provided by the friendly technician was excellent. The only downside was that I had to call again to schedule the installation. I understood the installation would occur within 7 days after the initial visit. It took place on day 10 after my call on day 7. Really no big deal though

i have never had to pay for a failure of the system, especially due to an les power outage from noware. i under the need to pay techs, but your system failed and you charged ne 89.95 for ten mins was out of reasonable.

Ric called 20-minutes out to remind me when he would arrive. He listened to me describe the service issues I needed in preparation for selling my house. He oiled all the pertinent areas and explained what he was doing. He raised and lowered the door several times to insure that the service was complete. Friendly, professional, and timely. He gave me a sticker for the garage door so the new owners will have a great service to call if they need support. He also gave me a sticker for our new home and his business card. The service was exactly what I had expected and Ric delivered.

I have to give Precision Door Service 5 stars! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Sent out a technician even on a Sunday to help fix our garage door opener and wouldn’t even charge us since it was a minor fix. We have an older garage door system that likely is on its last leg.
