I contacted Precision on a Sunday evening. Precision’s technician, Daren, arrived in the time frame I was given. Obviously he was a knowledgeable, experienced technician. He accessed the situation and quickly moved into action removing the broken parts and replacing them with new parts. He was a working machine. In a short amount of time he had it up and running again. Daren was very personable and professional. If I would have any future problems I’d welcome Daren to come back and repair them. Our garage door was damaged recently from the wind. We called Precision and they sent a representative access the situation. we needed a new garage door. Ours was several years old. A new door was ordered and installed within a week's time. The technician who installed the door was very professional and was finished in a reasonable time. We are very pleased with our experience with Precision.
