I called at 10:00 AM and someone was here by 12:30. Daren was great and took his time in explaining to me what was wrong. By 2:30 he was on his way and my garage door worked again. The door was probably installed in the 70's, so cost more than I wanted to pay but I was very pleased with him and the company working with me.

I've used Precision several times in the past. I really can't say enough good things about our last experience! Andrew called before coming (promptly during the stated arrival window) & a photo was automatically sent in advance (for security purposes). He was very personable, knowledgeable, and explained my options well. He did a new install with a solid one piece rail (instead of the 3 or 4 pieced together rails that comes with the "Big Box Store" do-it-yourself kits). I also wanted an opener with a steel reinforced belt instead of a chain. He adjusted my coils so that the door works easily by hand and stays open (in case in a power failure). This was a bit of a problem the last time we had our electricity go out. However, I had added insulation to the door, which added additional weight... since the last time the coils had been adjusted. I didn't think about that balance issue that the additional weight could cause. But, he adjusted the coils to solve that problem and also lubed the door and cleaned up his work space nicely. The new opener has a smooth & quiet operation! Andrew was very professional and I would highly recommend both Andrew and Precision to anyone that need service on their garage door or opener!
