Being able to build the door we wanted online and see how it would look was very helpful. The employees we worked with (Blake and Justin) are courteous and very responsive. Communication was easy, including getting several estimates on different door types for the insurance company, and the installer arrived on time, finished the installation within a few hours, and cleaned up the work area thoroughly. Steve and his guys installed garage doors on my 2-stall horse barn that I'm converting to use as a second garage. It was an unusual install that required a some very creative problem solving to accomplish. In addition to the custom nature of the job, I'm EXTREMELY particular, and I ask a LOT of questions. I know that can be a challenge for some contractors. Not for Precision though! The owner Steve was extremely patient with every one of my concerns from start to finish. He was attentive to both the functional and aesthetic details. He even made the suggestion that they use some old fencing boards for the frame work that had to be done so that it would match the look of the rough hewn lumber the barn is made of. Steve, Patrick and Matt were all very professional and pleasant to work with. I could not be happier with the finished product! I'll recommend Precision to anyone I know who's looking for an excellent garage door install or service. Special thanks to Steve for the genuine pride you take in your work and for going above and beyond what was expected to make my custom install even better than I anticipated!

They are prompt, even on week-end (like Sunday). The tech was friendly, helpful and courteous; he showed me the problem and the solution with a cost. I'm very pleased with his work. The door is up and working fine even though they received the wrong door; he will replace the door in a couple of days with the right one; he went ahead and installed this one even though it's additional work because he knew we really needed it because my wif and I are both handicapped. I highly recommend this company for garage door service and/or installation.

The appointment was supposed to be sometime between 2-4, I have the email to prove it. I called at 4 to complain that they had not showed up on time and was told that the appointment was between 4-6, again, I have the email to prove that was NOT correct, so why was I told that? I flirted with three stars because the tech was helpful and did a quick job, but I don't like being lied to, so it is two stars this time...

I had a gentleman come out to service my door. I was not home so he talked to my son and then talked to me on the phone. The one thing that stood out to me was the way he talked to me. He thought the problem with the door was I have it locked manually. When I told him I did that because the door would not close all the way and I had to pull the red cord and manually close it and then I locked it because I didn't want anyone to just be able to open it from the outside. He just continued to insist the door wouldn't open because I had locked it. He also said the sensors were off and he fixed them. Hopefully that was the problem and I won't have to have someone else come out and fix it again. He continued to lecture me on the sensors on the door, how they were not pointed how they should be, etc. I moved in in May of this year and have had problems with the door ever since I moved in. I don't think I will be using your service again if I have a problem in the future. I need someone who listens to what I'm saying, not talk down to me.
