They had my garage door working in less than an hour.
I've had occasion to use Precision Garage Doors 3 times over the past several years. Each time, I had a different service technician. Each was prompt, professional, friendly, efficient and highly competent. I know my unit is near end-of-life expectancy because each tech explained it to me; but in each case (each with a different issue) the overhead door worked perfectly when the tech was finished, and there was no disruption to our in-home activities. If/when our unit finally expires, I'll be turning to Precision for its replacement.
My tech called ahead of time to let me know he could be earlier than expected - which was wonderful. We did a walk-about in my garage together and he offered me pricing of what should really be done and what could wait, if I wanted. He fixed everything I asked - replaced my spring, new QUIET garage door opener, new key pad and one new rack, since one of mine was rusted out. He then went over thoroughly with me, what all he did and how to use the new system. He was very kind and did a wonderful job answering my questions. Quick and easy! Everything done in a very timely manner.
