We chose Precision because we had seen advertising and then we checked out your website. You have mostly 5 star ratings from your customers and that impressed us. I called at after 5 pm and you came the very next morning (on a Saturday). Will (the repairman) came on time, he had the problem diagnosed quickly (broken spring and other problems--garage door opener repair, and a remote that needed to be re-programmed), gave us an estimate, and completed the work in less than an hour. He was extremely polite and easy to communicate with. He charged us exactly what he had quoted us, too.

Needed new spring and opener upgrade for a while. Called a couple of places today, no luck. Called Precision, got pricing over the phone and a technician appointment same day. They said the technician would have everything on his truck to do the job. Right! The technician, Taylor, called ahead and showed up exactly as scheduled. An hour or so later we have new springs, opener, controls, remotes, installed and all working perfectly. Taylor was prompt, friendly, courteous, honest, knowledgeable, clean, safe, and efficient, and YES, he had everything on his truck to complete the job. No running for parts, no waiting for stuff to be ordered, no coming back another day. Job is DONE! We're very happy and would recommend this company and Taylor to anyone needing garage door services!

Technition was insulting and rude. When i asked for a new door price he quoted me one and i said it was double what i paid for the door he was lubing. He said there is no you did that, so i called another dealer, and yes I was right. New and installed for 876.00 dollars. Your guy said 1800.00 on the same door, buthe was going to put better parts on it. I will never call this company again, and if anyone asks for a referral, i will be honest when i tell them.
