We recently replaced our old garage door with Precision. We had a great overall experience. The staff was patient and gave us quotes on many options. The installation was quick and they hauled out old door. Everything was very easy. We were very happy with the service, communication, and the quality of the door so far.

Setting up appointment was really easy. Follow-up before appointment was great - but sometimes the office did not respond to voicemails. Jon Ferreira - our technician - was really great. He was very open to show us the issues he was seeing and the options available. He did not push - was very professional in his work to install new spring and bearings. Work was timely completed and glad to have it behind us.

The technician was punctual, friendly, skilled, knowledgeable, and communicated the problems and options to me. He gave me the information I needed to make the best decision. Then did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after the job. 7 months ago I left the review above and could not find out how to leave another 5 star review so I will add it to my first review. I had a problem with my garage door opener. Josh Stone who fixed my opener months ago left me his business card. When my opener would not work I called his cell phone in the evening after hours. After more than an hour on the phone and texting pictures he helped me fix the door myself. He was absolutely amazing and I so appreciated his help and patience as he worked through the problem.

Ryan with Precision Doors did a great job for us! He was knowledgeable and professional, and did exactly what he told us he needed to do. The door works great!
