Our technician Russell was absolutely fantastic. He diagnosed the problem quickly and presented us with our options to replace the old garage door opener. Ge was not pushy and completed the work quickly. He took the time to make sure all of the old garage door remotes were reprogrammed including the built in opener we in our cars. I would highly recommend Russel and Precision Door

We had Precision repair a broken spring a few years ago. They included a warranty on their work. When we called today because the door was crooked, they had someone available in just a couple hours, and the work was covered under warranty.

My technician did an excellent job fixing the spring on our garage door. He was very professional, called about 30 minutes before the scheduled time and asked if possible to be about 10 minutes early. I was very concerned because we just spent a bunch with your company to fix the cables a couple months ago, and was so pleased to hear that a new spring with about 3x life would be installed at no charge. He was very thorough and did a nice job to our satisfaction. Thank you!

We are so happy because it is so quiet and smooth. Dan was so accommodating and polite. We asked for and extra light bar and went out of his way to come back at 6:00 pm to install it. If I was rating him on a scale of 1- 10 I would give him a 10!

The spring on my garage door broke around 9:30 pm on a rainy/snowy Thursday evening. Both of our cars were trapped in the garage and I had an early morning appointment that I could not miss. I called one company who advertised a 24-hour service and they seemed a bit sketchy. My next call was to Precision and the gentleman (I wish I could remember his name) who took my call was very professional and answered all of my questions. Cory, the tech called me and said he would be there in a short amount of time. He arrived when promised and was able to make the repair in a short amount of time. He was extremely polite and professional despite being called out so late. Thank you Cory and thank you Precision!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any garage door service.

It was working fine when Travis came. When he left, the garage door was acting up again. The trick I do now is to press and hold the garage button for 5 seconds so it will close completely. However, this morning it wasn't working. Was in my driveway for 10 Minutes trying to repeat the process until it closed.
