Called in the morning, and the repair person was at our door within 90 minutes with all of the necessary tools/parts to repair our garage door. The service tech. was knowledgeable, prompt and polite.

Chris the serviceman was on time and very professional. He inspected the door and determined the problem was a frayed cable. He replaced the cabling (still under warranty), leveled the door and performed a "tuneup" and lubrication of all the moving parts. I was very impressed with the service. I called Precision Door around 8 AM and by shortly after 9 there was a serviceman at my home (this is impressive since I live over 20 miles from Salt Lake City where the office is.) Chris (the service technician) was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the care and maintenance of my door. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone considering a new door or repair on an existing garage door. William Adams Park City, UT
