Everyone I had any contact with was extremely friendly. My tech who came to do the initial quote was knowledgeable, he clearly communicated the repair vs replacing differences, which both my wife and I appreciated. Installation day came and I found myself getting excited for my brand new garage doors that were to begin being installed between the promised window of 1 til 3 pm. I spent the rest of the morning regretting not choosing the first install of the day. The text finally came, my tech, MY tech!! MY TECH was on his way!! In the text was a complete bio of MY Tech, from birth, through what he had for lunch the day of my appointment. Impressive, almost Big Brother'ish. When the tech arrived and after reading his bio, I felt I might not be worthy of having someone of his knowledge and expertise install my doors, I gotta admit, got a little weak in the knees. Having quickly recovered from this momentary knee-weakedness, we agreed on the scope of work and they were off like a prom dress to complete their task. As the end was near, my tech tells me my opener had lost its ability to control itself and would just keep pushing as the safety had somehow stopped working, and could possibly bend the door. MY TECH then provided options of what replacing it for me would cost to which brand he recommended if I was going to do it myself. What a charmer!! It was wrap up and time to say goodbye to MY TECH! I gathered myself as I was overwhelmed by the moment. I had new garage doors, (basic 4 panel, nothing fancy but it works for the wife and I) AND I met a legend, who was professional, punctual, and pretty darn good at installing garage doors. Thank you JOHN ANDERSON, my basic white garage doors look amazing and price was best off in town. Overall 10 oit of 10. All joking aside, hire this team for you garage door needs!! Greg Madon

Simply Awesome and quick service! Tommy was my tech and he did a great job in evaluating my garage door and making recommendations. The previous owner had only changed one door spring, and not both during the last repair. He also pointed out other improvements to enhance my door performance and longevity. In addition, he asked if it was okay to park on the street where he had his vehicle and was very professional. I would highly recommend Tommy and his company. They exceeded my expectations!

Preston, the Precision Door Service technician, replaced our rubber seal on our garage door. The old original rubber seal was not easily removed but Preston skillfully managed the removal and quickly installed the new one. Absolutely wonderful experience. Needed serious repairs on my garage door and rolling track and they came out the very next day. The company pricing was very fair, our technician Tyler was incredibly professional, helpful, and quick. And he did it all during this snow.
