He not only addressed the immediate problem of a broken spring, he pointed out some flaws from the initial door installation performed by another company. When the job was completed, we had two new springs and replacement bearings/rollers. Precision Door came on the same day I called and installed new garage door openers and replaced worn hardware on my existing doors. Thomas our technician was very professional and worked in extreme summer heat to get the job done. He even took the time to program the transmitters in our vehicles to operate the new openers. I was very impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. The new openers are very quiet, the doors operate perfectly, and we are very happy with the results!

My garage door had buckled when it accidentally came down on my car. Thomas came out to check our garage door, something I knew wasn't quite right about it, to loud and slow, he was very precise in checking the door, he found it had not been installed correctly, the tracks were not lined up properly and as a result the year and a half door had the ware of a much older door, he fixed the problem and did a great job, thanks Thomas

I'm in shock. Less than 30 minutes after my garage door broke, a technician was at my house, and within 2-1/2 hours, my whole garage door opener system had been replaced, programmed, and paid for and the technician was on his way home. My in laws highly recommended Precision - and I observed their install so knew I would be happy. I am very pleased how quick they could come out to replace my older garage door opener that was no longer working and provided quick outstanding service and an outstanding new unit. The repairmen also noticed we had some broken door hinges and quickly replaced those as well.
