PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF MARYVILLE

I was shocked to see how much precision is charging for a genie 2128 (800 dollars), garage door opener which is way overpriced. More than double or more what it’s worth. Thanks to research and the rollers, $30 each, you all charged and I needed 10. That’s $300, Way overpriced again. Where you can get the same quality and make for a box of 10 for $30. That’s 800+300 = 1100+ instead of 3 to 400 + 30 = 430 at the most. Very disappointed and sad about the way the business world takes advantage of consumers when the economy is so bad. I can see a 25% markup but an 80% or more markup is taking advantage of people.

Spring broke yesterday evening and as most people do I imagine, we depend heavily on our garage door functioning properly. Made a quick call to Precision and Tyler came out this morning. The young man rite off the rip was very polite/respectful and eager to get us back to our normal routine. He was very patient with my 2 year old running around and kindly interacted with her. Our door is now quieter than before and all works like new. Much gratitude and mad respect for Tyler’s kindness and dedication to doing a job well done!

If there was more than 5 stars you would be getting that. Positively the absolute best on phone customer service and technical service I have ever experienced. Your commercials speak the truth! I called one afternoon after work about 3 about getting a service call for a non functioning garage door. I didn't get the ladies name but she had the greatest personality. She told me she could have someone there within 2 hours. UNREAL within 2 hours the same day Right on time the technition Patrick Stockton showed up. He was extremely pleasant and very professional. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in just about an hour. The price was very fair. I would recommend this company to anyone needed this type of service

Came home from work around 5:20 one evening and my garage door got a quarter of the way open when it decided to shut down. They had a service man out there in less than an hour, replaced the door opener with a genie. while doing so explained the operation of the machine and all the qualities against other brands. People were very friendly and professional. My garage door was/is 18 years old and a spring had broken. I was told by the technician that rollers and bearing were probably on their last leg. According to the tech he was correct so I authorized the repair. Total cost for the repair including springe was double what I had expected (I must admit that the tech was up front on cost). In the end my expectations were not met (cost) but I will probably be better satisfied with the job. Does this warrant a 4 star or 5 star????Don't know. Anyway James is a top of the line professional. He did a great job for us.

On April 04, 2021 an employee (Patrick) from Precision Door arrived at the residence about 9:00 AM to check garage opener (Marantec) as it would not close properly. He did an assessment & related that a new operator would be required, so he gave an option as to the two Genies he had or could order one & come back later. I took the Genie with the Battery Backup. He installed the new one, new springs, key pad & cables, thus doing a great job. He explained all the needed information for my knowledge & was very knowledgeable & precise. Cleaned up & took away the old operator & packaging. Satisfied , so far at the end of the day.
