Amazing service! We called for service around 3:00 and our Service Tech, Tyler was here by 4:00. He performed a thorough inspection, informed us of what he found, how much it would cost and how long it would take. He actually finished the repair ahead of schedule and had us test our new remotes and the door multiple times before he left. Tyler was very courteous throughout this whole process. Very impressive! I would recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door service. With regard to products purchased below, it allowed for only one selection. Multiple products were purchased in addition to the springs for this particular repair.

Great experience! Called Friday evening at 7:30 after our garage door springs snapped. Had an appointment for for first thing Saturday morning. Chris was wonderful, advising it wasn't only the springs that were the issue giving us an opportunity to stave off major damage in the possible near future. Could not have asked for any better service. James came the next morning as garage door pulley cord broke and only opened half way. He didn’t try to sell me a door but inspected the door and asked how long has it been in house. After I told him 50 years since 1972– we both laughed and decided it’s time! Service man Chris showed up and assessed the issue. He was very friendly and professional, gave me some options, and then his recommendations out of those options. You installed everything new on 10/27 and exactly 2 months later my keypad outside tore up and broke. Was told that’s what warranty coverage is for but yet still had to pay for a new keypad to be installed today, 12/28/22. The garage is working great and customer service is great but clearly there should have been ZERO cost to fix something that y’all installed 2 months ago and it tore up that quickly.

Raymond was the tech who came to work on our door. He called before he arrived, which was bit earlier than scheduled, which was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave good recommendations and quoted an accurate estimate for the repair. The door was repaired in about 20 minutes. It now works great. Raymond was courteous and professional, and his recommendations were helpful. He seems to be an excellent employee, which has been my experience with all the Precision techs that I have encountered. This is the third time I have had Precision come and do work on my garage doors and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needed work done on the doors or openers.

I’m so impressed. My garage door broke at 11am. I called Precision after a quick google search. They said they’d be here between 1 and 3, and seemed apologetic it wouldn’t be sooner. I couldn’t believe the fast service! In the meantime my husband fixed the door but said to keep the appointment and have them look at his fix and inspect the door. The service tech was here at 1. He was super friendly and looked everything over, and charged a very reasonable service visit fee. Such a great company.

Customer service on the phone was excellent! They were friendly, answered my question quickly. The service rep from Precision Garage Service called me and notified me he might be a bit later than expected. I was at the resident at 12:45. Waited a bit then decided to run to the gas station just down the road for a sofa. Got back to the house and saw the Precision Garage Service car parked. The employee got out of the car and shot out a huge disgusting spit onto my lawn. Never greeted me. Never smiled. Just plain rude.
