We selected Percision because we have had them at our house before and was pleased with the work and the very kind people that work there. Our tech Justin was very nice and explained to us what the problem was with our door. He was not able to complete the job today because he did not have the parts with him but told us when he would be back to complete the job. He was able to get our door to close which was a huge blessing considering it has been open for 3 nights which worried us. We could tell he is very knowledgeable with his job and we are pleased to have him complete our job.

When your garage door breaks at 8pm and it's fixed within 24hrs that is awesome. Lori arrived at 1pm and was done with replacing two springs and fixing out modeling at the bottom of the door within 45 mins. She was super professional, funny, and friendly. Damon showed up today, identified the issue, quoted me then went straight into fixing it with lightning speed. He explained the problem and possible fix before doing the job and he was correct. Cool dude too! Replaced a part and the issue with the garage door was corrected. He lubed up all of my garage doors (I have 3) as well. Definitely recommend this service.
