Our garage door would only open a few inches and then slam shut. We called Precision Door Service and they were able to send a technician out that same afternoon. George Ramey was our tech. He identified the problem immediately and explained what had happened. George then gave us our options. He was very knowledgeable and gave us very good explanations of what he could do. George completed the job quickly and efficiently. We could not ask for a better technician to replace our garage door openers. Great work, George!

The entire process was very easy on me. The springs broke 7 years ago and I thought they were under warranty but wasn't sure. It wasn't long after my initial contact that I received a call confirming that it was under warranty. The technician, Chuck, who did the work was very nice, helpful and informative. Prompt, effective and courteous service not only by the receptionist on a Sunday afternoon but also by technician George Ramey on Monday morning. I was told the technician would arrive between 10AM and noon with a call or text about a half hour before his actual arrival. Totally accurate information. I was recommended to you from a neighbor on the next door app as I needed immediate service. You were able to send someone within 12 hours of my call. My technician George was fantastic. We had a garage door suddenly only open 6 inches. We had seen the truck in the neighborhood a few days previously and gave them a call. SO FRIENDLY, on time, explained everything. He replaced both springs in 30 mins. We would HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

Service visit estimated between 12-2 on a Saturday. Carlo was there by 11:55. Very punctual, which I greatly appreciate. Carlo was very attentive and then demonstrated techniques used to verify smooth operation of the new door, which I believed to be the problem. It was the opener, not the door. We discussed replacement and Carlo provided a very good price for an excellent opener (I researched the same and found the price to be very close). I'm very happy with Precision door; they've been nothing but excellent with us and I recommend them to anyone
