Their Technicians are well trained professionals, polite, prompt, and inform you of the repair and parts required to make the repair. You can be certain the repair parts required are in their van when they arrive to make the repair.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door! The cable on my door broke late on Friday night. When I called, the dispatcher was friendly and professional; she helped me secure an appointment for the next morning. On Saturday morning, Reece arrived on time. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and replaced both cables in about 30 minutes. Reece is a fine young man and the company is lucky to have him to represent them on jobs. Thank you!!

Our new door arrived weeks sooner than expected, a very pleasant surprise, our installer, Kasey, arrived just when the email said he would. Kasey is very professional & knowledgeable, he checked to make sure that he had the right door then got right to work. Our new garage door looks great, there is not a hint of light showing anywhere around the perimeter of the door, a nice tight fit.
