I am very well pleased with the newly installed garage door and the workmanship that went into it. The whole process was fantastic. From the initial call, the Sales associate Jim coming out to the home for the survey and showing their products and making recommendations, being contacted on materials ready to install, to the installation of the new garage door by the technicians Shawn and Kyle. The technicians, Shawn and Kyle did phenomenal work. They were detailed and knowledgeable with the installation, timely, and excellent costumer dialogue. They left the area clean and no debris. 100% satisfaction with the entire scope of work. I have more work to do and Precision will be doing the work. Another reason I selected Precision because they had their own employees to do the work. No outside, third party, vendor. All work done from in-house. I highly recommend this company for all your garage door service needs. Thank you Precision for your service and we will talk soon.

Leo Cornelius responded the same day to my call for help. My garage door cablehad snapped making it very difficult to move the garage door. He quicky sized up what needed to be done and offered me 3 options in order of cost: 1) Just replace the springs and cables 2) also replace the pulleys 2) also replace the rollers -- with a 7 year warranty I went for option 3 and Leo completed the work in under a hour. He got all the pieces together in precision working order and thorougly cleaned up afterwards.

Tech lacked attention to detail and did not communicate upon completion of job to instruct how to operate the opener. The door was left unleveled and no light bulb and no instructions on what type of bulb is best suited. He returned for repair and did not level the door and stated “it’s no way it’s my fault,” also about the light bulbs “…we don’t carry them because they can break.” I would not recommend this individual. Our first tech on the first opener explained operation, replaced springs, and leveled the door, and helped with a light bulb.

We were replacing an old heavy wood garage door with new steel door with an opener. From my first call to get a quote, to the final thank you email we received after installation, everyone at Precision Door Service was a pleasure to deal with. The quote we received was the price we paid. We made an appointment for measurements and quote. Jim arrived on time and provided the quote in a reasonable timeframe. He explained the options since our old garage presented some additional challenges. He set the expectation of the time it would take to get the new door because of the supply issues. Once the door was in, they were able the schedule the installation the following week. Matt was our installer, and he did a fine job with the door and opener. We are very pleased with Precision and the product they provided.

Gabriel our technician was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He looked over everything and gave us an honest review of the situation with our door, which was to do a tuneup. He said maybe in a few years we replace the opener, springs, rollers but not now. I Definitely recommend Precision and Gabriel to any homeowner that needs a new door, repair or service. (Precision replaced a door for us at our other home and did a great job. Called them to come look at the door on our other house to see if it needed a tune up or we needed to replace it.)
