Dylan and Chris did a phenomenal job explaining the problem with my unit and provided me with several options for repair. They completed the work in a timely matter, and I am so impressed with the Precision product they helped me choose. They were patient with explaining the functionality of the new parts and my door is like brand new!
Service was very quick and the Technician (Darrin M) was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Problem was diagnosed immediately and corrected within an hour. I was given multiple service options from which to choose which was appreciated. I would certainly recommend Precision Doors and Darrin for service anytime.
