PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF TULSA

First, I was pleased with the quick response time from Precision Garage Door, they scheduled my visit, for an estimate in replacing the door seal, in a little over 24 hours. Ethan was on time, efficient, professional and explained everything clearly. I was only planning on replacing the seal and having him look at why the light wasn’t working on the motor box (which was an easy fix) but he explained the danger of the aging parts on an almost 28 year door. I felt absolutely no pressure from Ethan to add any of the additional work he suggested and listed on the estimate. He just listed all the issues he could see after doing a full safety check, and then let me choose if I wanted none, some or all work done. Again, no pressure, but he did explain the danger the door could be if it did break and fall. I went for it all, and so glad I did. I also appreciate them honoring the discount coupon offered on their website. I will certainly recommend this company, as well as Ethan! I did purchase the seal, ball bearings, roller and track, but only could choose one, below.
