    I highly recommend Precision. Worked with technician Ethan. He was very professional and informative. Previously had terrible work from A-1 3 years ago. We were mislead by their 1k+ bot reviews. They had put in a weak 4-spring system that could not hold the weight of the door. Precision replaced it with the correct larger commercial grade springs. Our door went from being extremely loud, putting a ton of strain on the opener, to a low noise hum. Went from having back straining manual lift to being able to lift the door with one hand. It'll probably last the next 20 years. I called them on a Monday, it was installed same week by Friday. He installed it the very next day the springs arrived. Fast. Great, fair pricing, completely worth the service. I plan on using them for all of our garage door needs. You won't regret working with them.
