Called in morning requesting garage door tuneup for two doors,technician Gary Lemaster arrived by one o’clock.Very professional and friendly,lubed and adjusted both doors. One door had spring replaced six years ago the other was seventeen years old. Gary demonstrated how weak the old spring was and I felt it was time for replacement. Both doors working perfectly (and quietly). He did an excellent job! There is no wonder in my mind why they have a 5 Star rating!

I had a broken spring spring that was replaced and upon inspection I was advised that I also needed the cables and rollers and other items replaced which were also replaced. I was impressed with highly skilled technition and the speed and quality of the repair. He was very professional and courteous. The only issue I have is with the cost. E.g. almost $500 each for the price of each spring costing $1000 for two springs is totally outrageous. This is the only reason I rated your company 4 stars instead of 5

He was very knowledgeable and polite! He worked quickly to complete the job. He tried several times to get the old keypad to work, unfortunately he was not successful, but I am thrilled to have a new one that I can operate. I never used the old one and now I will enjoy the new keypad! Great job Walker!

David from Precision arrived within the time frame promised and did call when he was 20 minutes out. He evaluated my broken spring and other areas that need attention. David was very polite, professional and worked very hard all the time he was repairing my door. Two springs were replaced, cables replaces, bearing plated replaced and a new bottom boor sear replaced. All work was completed in 2 1/2 hours and looked great. I have no way to judge the cost but $1731.00 seems high. I did approved the job because I could not get either of my care out of the garage. If I had more time I would have gotten estimates.

The Technician, Walker, was very polite and helpful. We were having issues with the garage door opening. He informed us of the problems. He gave us several different options for repair, based on our budget and he didn’t push any sales on us. The company also accepts post dated checks to help the customers pay for the services if they are unable to pay all at once. This started during Covid and it has continued because they haven’t had any problems. This is a nice option for people so they don’t have to put the expense on a credit card or do any financing through the company.

Due to a divorce I was in need of having my opener recoded and a new one given to me. I wanted to keep my spouse from entering the house unwanted as she was in possession of the only opener and I wasn't able to get it back from her. The tech was very helpful, the process from scheduling to having the new remote ready for use was so simple and easy. However, a week after the service my ex showed up and her garage door opener still worked and she gained entry into my house which was the sole reason for using your service. I now have possession of the other opener so the situation resolved itself but I didn't receive what I asked for which is of course disappointing.
