I called...a couple of hours later someone was there to take care of my problem with the garage door. He was a most courteous young man, very polite and obviously very knowledgeable about his job. I appreciated that he explained everything to me as he went about diagnosing and fixing the problem. I will never call anyone else if I need service to a garage door!

I recently had placed a service request because my garage door was not closing. I was given a 'same day' appointment which I was thankful for. Dustin was my service/repair technician who also happened to be my salesman when I purchased the door/opener three years ago and I remembered him. Dustin is very polite, very professional, and explained what the issue was and what the resolution would be. He patiently answered all of my questions.. LOL.. I think he deserves a raise ! :). When I purchased my new door/opener three years ago, it was the first time in my life that I had ever purchased a garage door. I was very pleased with Dustin and the installer (sorry, cant remember his name), at the time, and very pleased with this recent service/repair call. I will always look to Precision Door for my garage door needs and will highly recommend Precision Door to others. Thank you again Dustin for fixing my door !!!!

My son recommended Precision Garage Door Co because in the past they had installed a new garage door for him. My garage door stopped working unexpectedly one morning & they came out that day & installed all new equipment ( the existing motor & electric eyes were estimated at around 20 years old) The only thing they didn’t replace was the steel garage door! I was very happy with this company! They’re courteous & professional!

I was completely satisfied with Jason who installed new springs, bar, cables...etc. The price of $1000 is the only reason I did not rate the service a 5 star. I thought it was a bit high. Jason however, was courteous & professional. He is an asset to your company.

Needed an Emergency repair due to a broken spring. En shows up and explains all of the choices I could choose from. En was extremely professional and personable. He did not push to oversell me any products and even told me how to take care of the garage door hardware to make it last for years to come. I would give En more stars, but 5 is the limit.
