I had an incredible experience yesterday with the precision garage door team. From the phone calls into the center, especially to the technician who came to work on my garage door. Everything was taken care of in the most reputable and appropriate manner. The communication and execution was top notch quality. Our technician, Mohammed, did a an amazing job and was highly knowledgeable and professional. If needed in the future, I’ll be requesting for him to come back.

I really liked Alana who put together our estimate for insurance. She is totally awesome. That being said a mistake was made on the estimate where the garage door opener dollar amount was not issued to insurance on the estimate. We spoke with her and decided we all make mistakes and offered to pay 250.00 out of pocket for them to install the garage door opener. We were told they use a standard genie garage opener at the cost of 499.00. All was fine until the door was installed and we went out and seen they installed the cheapest genie opener valued at 160.00 that appeared it was for a 1 car garage. I would also like to say the installer of the garage door & opener was awesome as well. That’s not good business practice especially since it was their error. I’ve called to have them remove and refund our money for the garage door opener. They agreed but to date the money hasn’t made it back to our card. I intend to report this to the BBB.

I had a great experience getting a new garage door opener. Precision came the day after I requested an appointment, priced options and installed the new opener as soon as I made my choice. My tech programmed the keypad and helped me program my car buttons. Overall I was quite happy with the experience. I highly recommend.

I called about 11:15 am my door was broken. The problem was I had a Doctor appointment at 12:30. I was told that the service technician will be here between 2_4 pm the man showed up about 2:30 I did not get home until 3:15 the work was done cleaned up and my door worked again.
