I had my garage door repaired by your company about a year ago. Recently, the door became hung and I requested your help to correct the problem. The tech sent was Greg Gray. He was prompt and is very polite and pleasant to be with. He quickly surveyed the situation and fixed the hung door. He checked every component to insure this problem won't return. He deserves this five star review.

Very prompt in taking care of my problem. Called precision on Friday am. Had an inspector to my home by mid afternoon and the rebuild of my garage door was completed by 6:00 pm the same day. Very prompt, very diligent in getting work done to my satisfaction. Saw the ad on TV and could not be more pleased with the end result! It was a God send! Thank you Precision!

My service technician Greg deserves a commendation. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very competent. I had bought the house with a working Precision Door system, but the lifetime warranty didn't pass to me after a year, but I liked the system so well that when I had problems with it, I decided to replace it with the latest model.
