Richard Sanchez did an excellent job in servicing our garage door.

We called to perform a routine checkup, and expected to wait several days for an appointment. As luck would have it, Precision had an opening next day and received a call from the Technician that he was en route and an introduction of our Technician via text. What should have been a routine check-up turned into a disaster that was thankfully avoided. Our Technician John informed us that our springs were going bad and demonstrated the failure. As we were proactively preparing to put our house on the market, John noted that this alone would have failed inspection. Luckily John caught it and quickly mitigated the solution. Very pleased with the ease of scheduling the appointment, all the proactive communication, and the professionalism and education from John. Well done Precision, happy to have you back!!
