When I hit the garage door opener, the garage door bounced and jumped, making a lot of noise then stopped. It pulled the bracket right out of the wall, making me feel it could dislodge further and damage my car. Precision sent Mike over and he very carefully managed the door so I can remove my car. Then he saved the day by fixing it, allowing me to close the door properly to keep my home secure. Their customer service and knowledge was enough for me to make an appointment for much needed new doors.

Brian was our very thorough and friendly technician. We had a broken cable on one of two garage doors. He inspected both doors and went over each part. We also had a keypad that wasn't working that was replaced, as well as new remotes for the other door. Brian went over costs and options for all work and parts so we could make our informed decision.
