I called Precision, Brian the technician came out greeted me with a handshake, after checking out the problem he explained that it might be time for an upgrade due to the age of my motor and related electronics, I agreed and in less than 90 minutes in 95 degree heat I had a new motor, new drive assembly and control devices all workin to spec. No nonsense, that's what I like about Brian and Precision. Highly recommend both.

Overall, I was very happy with the installation and the clean-up. There was zero trash left behind. One small issue was that the weather stripping was installed slightly off and left a small gap at the bottom of the door. This was quickly corrected the next day. Everyone that I encountered during the entire process, from setting up the initial request for a quote to the completion of the job, were both courteous and professional. I strongly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Precision Garage Door was referred to us and we are extremely happy with the service that was provided. We called on a Thursday and they were able to set up service for that Monday. Steve, the technician that was sent, was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. He replaced the 2 garage door springs and the 3 bearings with no mess, and in a short amount of time. A 5 year warranty was given on the parts. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service!

I had new garage door purchased and installed by Precision Garage Door (PGD). Every one at the PGD are cooperative and listens to the issues and try to resolve it as soon as possible. Brian was sympathetic to my issue of condensation on the glass panel and went back and forth with the distributor to get answers. He finaly order new glass panels for my doors. Seth installed both the original doors and replacement insulated glass panels. He knows what he is doing and lots of experience. I would recommend anyone needing garage doors or service for garage dooors to get in touch with PGD. You want regret calling them.

Precision is a great company. Researching garage door repair companies in my area online I saw the great reviews for Precision from previous customers. I called Precision for an appointment to replace a garage door spring. The receptionist that answered was very nice and setup an appointment that worked best for us. We could have even setup an appointment for the next day if we needed to. Steve arrived on the date of the appointment. He is professional and friendly. Within minutes of talking with him, you can tell he definitely has a lot of expertise. Steve explained everything he was going to do to repair the door and replace the spring, went over what the bill would be, and answered all of our questions. Steve completed the repair in no time! Precision exceeded our expectations. I will definitely be calling Precision for anything we need with garage doors. My only regret is that I did not call them sooner. The ease with which the whole experience of repairing our garage door went was amazing. Thank you Steve and thank you Precision!

Michael Solis called and told us of his arrival time. Upon his arrival, we described our problem and he went to work fixing the garage door. It appeared to be a loose wire in the garage door opener.
