I called the night before and was told a technician would contact me the next day as to timing. Received a call from the office confirming that a technician would be coming later in the day. The technician called as promised. Upon arrival, Brian reviewed the situation and was able to replace the broken spring in short order. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Brian and his assistant and their ability to resolve my problem to my complete satisfaction.

Some hardware on an old wooden garage door broke. The service technician Steve P. was on time, offered 3 good options and explained thoroughly what he was doing. Opted for the rebuild/repair (springs, rollers, brackets, etc) of hardware with a 10 year warranty on these parts. My door performs better than it has in years. It is so much quieter and smoother. It almost feels new!
