Our garage door was old and quit working on Thursday night. We made an appointment for the next day. They came out and did an assessment on our entire system and found other issues that were in need of repair to make the door safe. They took time to explain the issues and go over cost estimates. They installed a new opener that same day so we could have a working door over the weekend and are coming back to finish the remaining safety issues on Monday. I highly recommend them.

I recently had Precision look at my garage doors and give be a quote on upgrading my existing door hardware and installing a new door opener. From the initial contact with Dan at their office to install day when Josey showed up to install the new equipment, this has been an extremely easy process. Josey was going to be about 10 minutes behind our scheduled appointment time and I received a message telling me that he was running behind. That is the kind of service that sets Precision above the other door company’s in Springfield. The install itself was nothing short of fantastic. The attention to detail in every aspect of the installation is something I have not seen out of a company since moving to Springfield 16 years ago.
