I discover the broken spring at 5am, car stuck in the garage. Distraught, called the 24hr number. appt scheduled same day between 9-11 Jake called at 8:45 saying his 15 min out do I need to pick you up any coffee. (Talk about customer service :) ) I decline, Jake arrives at 9am onetime. Helps gets my wife's car out of the garage. After the inspection, both springs and weather stripping replaced.
