I am so pleased with this company! Grant Barr is the sole reason that I’m simply sold on this local business! He showed up today to fix my garage door. He was prompt.. courteous, extremely knowledgeable, personable and helpful. He was able to explain the process with such clarity. He did a great job today! Your company is extremely fortunate to have such an individual with excellent communication skills. Everything that he did today was done with Excellence. I’m giving Grant a 5 star rating! ??????????

Brandon and his co-worker were great! They did a very thorough inspection on both doors and gave us several repair options. We were so impressed with the service they provided and the work performed that we had them do additional work we weren’t planning to have done. Brandon even came back to program one of the remotes that I couldn’t get to program correctly. We highly recommend Precision if you need anything garage door related!!

Precision Garage Door Service is an outstanding company. My old garage door opener met its demise late one day. I called the company and a technician was at my door the next morning arriving 30 minutes before the schedule time. Jake Jordan, my technician, contacted me to make sure it was okay to arrive early. Jake was fantastic to work with. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and exceedingly helpful. After assessing the problem with my garage door he carefully explained my alternatives. We chose to have our garage door replaced along with many of the components that are vital for the operation of the door. After installing the door Jake showed me the different things that he had done during the installation and then show me features of our new unit. Again, he was tremendous to work with. We did have one minor issue. Basically our new remotes were not compatible with our other (older) garage door opener. We discovered this after the company had closed. The next morning an appointment was made for 10:00 -12:00 time frame. Jake arrived at 10:15 and took care of the minor issues in short order. We couldn’t be happier! This level of customer service exceeds all expectations.

Thank you Jake and, again, to all the installers at Precision. I was unhappy with the bottom seal first time around. I called and asked if it could be improved. Dan, the owner, made a trip out to see what could be done. "I want you to be 100% happy, here's the options". I was amazed at the understanding and demeanor of these guys, as well as the proffesionalism. I will never call anyone else.

What can I say about Precison? Well, I certainly can't say anything bad about them. The entire process was great from start to finish. The entire team, from the owner to the office staff, to the technicians, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Ours was not an easy install, 2 overhead doors, one of which was 12 foot by 14 foot. The guys tackled the job and did a fantastic job. Thank you Precision!

I chose Precision Door based on the 5 Star Rating and was not disappointed. Gage was thorough and efficient through the whole process. Quickly came out to access my needs and estimate my cost.
