Spring broke on the garage door late in the afternoon. Called Precision and talked to representative who scheduled a technician at a convenient time the next morning. Next day the technician called and offered to come earlier which worked out great. The technician's name, picture and contact information was sent prior to the visit. Eric was professional, gave me my options, we agreed on a deal, he completed the project quickly and expertly and the door worked perfectly. I really appreciated the efficiency, communication.
