Actually Joe, not too happy. When Brian arrived I was under the impression I would have a working garage door. I didn't want to ask anything else of him in fear that it would cost me $1000. What I got was a $650 torsion bar and a non-functional garage door. I had to hook the opener up to the door myself and now I am in the position of taking the chain off, adjusting it and hoping to get it to work right. So far I haven't had much luck. You get 1 Star because Brian was a nice guy and he arrived during the estimated arrival time. Not satisfied, at all. You were recommended to me but I will not be doing the same. I have already torn the sticker off the door that Brian put on there. Best Regards, Pat

Pat - Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with Precision Door. Our technicians are required to inspect the entire door system of every garage we enter. Our clients are always given multiple estimates and choices that they can choose or not. We apologize that there were multiple parts that needed to be replaced. In your case, if we would have only completed a portion, the door would have been unsafe still. We also apologize that after all of our listening with you that we were not able to totally reconcile your concerns.
