5 stars - Previously used your company. The fact that Precision has 24/7 service is an absolute plus. Especially on a Sunday when you come home after morning service to find your garage door open when you are certain you closed it. After my initial call, there was a follow up call to inquire exactly what the problem was. The service rep then stated that a tech would be out at a specific time. The tech, Mike Jolly, was prompt, very cordial and did an initial inspection to determine the problem. A worn wire was the cause of the problem. Mike performed one repair, however, it did not fix the problem. Mike thought of another solution which completely fixed the problem. Mike tightened the chain which was loose and rather loud when the door opened and closed. It's very quiet when the door opens and closes now. I was very pleased with the service and will certainly call Precision again. Cost for repair was just right and fair. Mike was able to utilize materials in his tool carrier; wires, caps, etc. An extremely capable technician.

Basically I picked Precision out of the phone book and I must say I am glad I did. I got a very fast response. Lou the technicians phones me about 40 minutes before he arrived. They had identification - the truck was well marked - both Lou & Cameron were very professional - they assessed the problem & told me my options. The work was completed very quickly. I was extremely satisfied.

I had a concern about whether the door would stop if something was in the way. (It had scraped the bumper of my car and kept going) Frank explained that the door should stop and probably didn't because it did not hit directly, only grazed the bumper. He was professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He adjusted the sensitivity of the door to ease my concerns.

Strl Hgts Library "gadget guy" -Chris Freeza- recommended the same Co. that installed his own garage doors (Precision Door Svc.[P.D.S.]} in 2010. P.D.S. tech Brian Wells was friendly, helpful, & informative deserving of a "5". He explained & convinced me that a whole, new LiftMaster system would be my best route to replace the outdated, antiquated Stanley Doors that I had. I am very confident I made the right decision & P.D.S. will stand, support, & service their product in the future.

This was a warranty repair of a loose cable. The technician was Chris Crawford. He arrived early and was very efficient. He even replaced the light bulbs that had burned out. He also showed where the door was cracked and close to breaking. He emailed me his recommendation and estimate while he was still there so I could forward it to the condo association. Hopefully, they will be as easy to work with as your company,

This is the second time in a few months that we have had to call Precision Door for emergency service. Once for spring replacement and once for cable replacement and both breakdowns happened on a Saturday. Both times the techs were excellent and prompt. The advertising hit the points I look for, such as certified and fully staffed, locally owned and operated, insured and fast service. I give you a 5 stars rating. We called Precision Door to get our garage door repaired. The staff was friendly and courteous. 90 minutes later, our garage door was repaired. My wife Mary Ellen chose your company because your company offered the lowest inspection quote compared to other companies she called and you were able to make the necessary repair to my Sears Craftsman garage door opener today. Your technician Lou Melecci installed a new gear kit chain drive (part # 32357) to my Sears Craftsman garage door opener. Your technician did suggest that I purchase a new opener which I elected not to do at this time. I was given two options. One option was $450 and the second option was over $544. I was not about to spend either of these amounts at this time. A new Craftsman door opener from Sears is $149.99 plus $129.99 for installation. This is more in my price range when it comes time to replacing my Craftsman door opener. I would rate your company 4 stars on this visit. I'm happy with the prompt and reasonably priced service your company performed for me today. Thank you.
