Garage door was replaced with a quiet, smooth rolling, double raised panel door. I appreciate your timely service and great looking door I have now. I couldn't be more pleased. You should be very appreciative of the service that Frank Whitson provides your customers. He arrived ahead of time (which I was very thankful vs. sitting around for 2 hours), he was kind, helpful, non-pressure for me to commit, went beyond what was expected (made it possible for me to move my car out of the garage, closed the door as best it could be etc). The only reason I didn't commit right then is this is my first insurance claim and I have to check with Farm Bureau as to how I go about this. Wonderful employee making a terrific positive impression of your company.

The service technician was on the job within hours. He inspected the door, gave me the estimate, and repaired the problem within a 2 hour time frame. He explained the problem and told me to call if I had any problems. I was impressed with the whole process. I certainly will call this company when I replace my garage door this summer. jmn

Precision responded quickly and efficiently to my panicked call this morning. Both the spring and cables had snapped trapping my vehicle in the garage. I had children to pick up from school with no vehicle. Precision sent a tech to me as soon as possible. Phil was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He completed the work and also replaced the same items on my other garage doors to hopefully avoid this in the future. Prices were very reasonable. I appreciate the wonderful customer service provided by Phil and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

I got your Company through the phone book. The service was far more than excellent. I would give you 10 stars if it was possible.
