Bobby was beyond GREAT. Superb skills and communication. Plus his total rebuild of everything but the physical garage door itself was exceptional. He showed and told us what was wrong, total metal fatigue of 50 years wear and tear on everything, gave us the costs and then DID the work. All to our satisfaction and happiness. New spring, rollers, bearings, etc.

The technician actually arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled. That was great. He was very friendly and explained everything that he found in need of replacement. He provided me with 2 quotes based on equipment. He completed the replacement of all components in a little over 1.5 hours. He provided a detailed explanation of everything.

Your Technician was a good guy. I was only planning to spending around $450 for the work performed but it came to $1100 which was absurd. The technician thought that the roller bearings should be replaced and the rail system should be replaced along with the Springs. The replacement of the parts went well he did a good job but when it came to adjusting the door up-and-down he could never get it adjusted correctly. He suggested that we replaced the motor for another $750. My wife and I discussed it and we decided to have the technician leave without the door working. So when the technician left I got up on the ladder and looked at the situation and made adjustments on the motor and now my garage door opener works. I have nothing bad to say about the technician but the next time my garage door stops working I will perform the work myself your prices are way out of range.

We were in desperate need of repairs to our garage door as the spring broke on a Saturday morning with both cars in the garage. Precision sent out a repair person later that day. Jay provided excellent service! A garage door spring had broken and my car was inside the garage. Precision Door was able to send someone on a Sunday to repair the garage door so I am no longer stranded without a car. Jay explained everything to me, gave me options, and repaired the door.

Nick was amazing. He identified additional issues immediately upon arrival. He probably did not charge me for some of them. He stayed to make sure that the clickers were working with my garage door. Very impressed!! I called the company that installed the garage doors and it was going to be 3 days before they could respond. I looked on-line for a same day service and came across Precision Garage Door. They were able to send someone over that day. A delivery truck hit the garage hard enough to bend the garage door tracks, break the light fixture on the garage door assembly, and did a bunch of damage. Precision came out the day after I called, gave me an estimate to repair the damage, then stayed and did the repair. Upgraded a very worn system of springs to a new torsion spring while they were here. Wow, great response, great service, and very polite and competent staff. Excellent all around!
