Technician: Austin A. Totally professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Explained I was looking to replace my 27-year-old Craftsman ½ hp chain driven door opener (still working) with a modern door opener. We discussed door opener options and agreed to one that would meet my needs. Austin conducted an inspection of the rails, rollers, door, and springs (installed by Precision in 2015). We agreed a door rebuild was warranted. In just about 3 hours, Austin had the opener installed and door upgrades completed. He then helped us reprogram our vehicles and tested each to ensure they properly worked. My wife and I could not be more pleased. The difference between a noisy door opener and garage door was like night and day. We had to keep checking to make sure the door opener was working as it is very quiet and the door now goes up and down without a sound. Thank you Austin for your outstanding job and thank you Precision for great and trustworthy service. (May 28, 2023)

We called Precision Door Services for our garage door repair. The spring broke and the door would not function. Nick, from Precision Door, came the next day. He was very professional and thoroughly inspected our garage doors. He explained the problem and identified other wear and tear. He further showed us the problems as he explained our garage door issues. Nick provide us with 3 options for repairing and proactively maintaining our garage door. We had a positive experience with Precision Door. Sherman and one other technician came out and immediately recognized the problem was a broken spring, quoted 3 different options to fix it and were able to make the fix the same day. Great service. My garage door torsion spring broke Monday morning. I chatted online that morning and had service called scheduled for the next day. The tech, Francisco called 30 minutes prior to arrival. He arrive on time and was courteous and knowledgeable regarding the repair. He provided the estimate to replace the broken torsion spring, replace worn rollers and guide wire as well as readjust the opener. The work was completed in little over an hour. Highly recommended.

Making the appointment was very easy and they were very flexible with the schedule. I like the appointment email showing pictures of the technician. The service was prompt and Barry was personable and very professional. He explained everything and was very patient even when he had to do it again a few times to make sure I understand the programming of the two garage doors. I will definitely use them again. The only issue was the tablet used for receipt and payment. It wouldn't work so it took a while longer. It was annoying that I had to wait and couldn't sign for the work but I was able to pay over the phone and get receipt by email. Because the appointment and service were 5 star, I didn't want to drop the rating because of the receipt and payment technology choice.
