He knew exactly what was wrong and also did a through inspection of the rest of the garage door and system. I was very impressed! Decided to try a new garage door company after bad experiences with another. We were very pleased with the customer service with Precision from calling the call center to the technician completing the job. The technician, Josh, was very professional and explained our issues in an understandable manner. He did not try to upcharge everything and commented he would like to make us a long-term customer. He called in advance to let us know he was on his way with an accurate ETA and even arrived slightly early, after asking if that was convenient for us. He was prepared and worked quickly to resolve our garage door problems. Pricing was very fair for the outstanding service and we were pleased there were no surprises. Josh has made us a long-term customer and we will call Precision and ask for Josh for future garage door needs.

Great customer service they scheduled someone out on Easter Sunday! Cam, the technician, quickly diagnosed the problem with my old wooden garage door and fixed it. Since it was Easter, he said no charge. That's great news, being a senior citizen still recovering from basement flooding. I've used Precision whenever there's a problem with my garage door. They will be the one I would trust if needing it replaced.
