I received service within a few hours of calling the company. The technician called to let me know he was on his way and let me know his expectedl arrival time. He arrived on time and was extremely polite and thorough throughout the visit. He fixed our problem in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again. Loved talking to a live receptionist instead of a recording with multiple button options.

I would recommend Precision Garage Door. I like that they answer the phones 24-7. My guy called first and arrived exactly on time. He seemed to know his stuff and gave good explanations as to best way to proceed. Work was done quickly and professionally (2 new springs, new bearings and new opener installation). E.N. was my technician and he returned my call within an hour, he gave me a time frame of 2 pm to 4 pm and he was there at 2. E.N. then looked at the problem showed and explained fully what had happen and covered the repairs and costs before beginning. E.N. was clean and neat and cleaned up after he was done better than it was before. I would rate E.N.'s service 5 star plus as well as the company.
