This was the 3rd time we used Precision for garage issues. They are fast, friendly and efficient. The springs were replaced once before in June of 2013. I am very happy to get 10 years out of the springs and my garage door operates the way it is supposed to. Alex was great to work with and represents Precision well.

The repair work for 1 door was very expensive. The cost was double the amount that we paid to have 2 doors installed.

When Precision first came out not even a whole month ago, the tech told us his work was warrantied for 1 year. When we had to call back for the same problem we were told the work was no longer warrantied. What kind of business is this that doesn't hold to their word? I give you a two star for fixing the door again, but a zero star for not standing behind your work!!!!

I found Precision Garage Doors through an online search. The two main things that attracted my attention were the BBB rating and the online reviews. My technician was Joe Reitnauer. Spring broke early Sunday morning. Called later in the morning and they were out here that afternoon. One hour later new spring, bearings, new rollers and lubed up. Can't even hear the door opening now. Quick and efficient work, not to mention on a Sunday. Highly recommend.
