My 23 yr old garage door was in need of replacement. I researched for the most solid local company with excellent reviews, and then called the winner - Precision! From first contact, office staff were all pleasant and informative. Tech response was same day, I was shown every choice applicable to my garage opening with no 'hard sell'. I chose an insulated door and new opener, which was quickly installed the next working day. Nick, Tom, Orlando were all expert, worked quickly and neatly, and answered every question I could think of! My new door operates just almost 'silently', my garage is better protected from extreme temperatures now, and I am more than delighted and pleased with my entire experience.

My service man was INCREDIBLE! It was first diagnosed as the motor...then the more we discussed it...it was possibly the trough (sp) leading to the motor. Long story short....we decided to delete any possible future problems with replacing those things that might be an issue that I did not want to deal with. He was very informative with possibilities, not overbearing, answered all my questions, and left decisions up to me. After installation and helping with the ap, he left the garage almost cleaner than before. I wish all of the service people we use were that great!

One of my springs snapped on a Friday night. Was able to reach out to precision via their internet portal to get on their radar for a possible repair. Called on Saturday to see if I could get someone scheduled to come out and take a look. I was expecting atleast a day or 2 before someone could come out. Kevin was able to come out that day and get me back working again. Turns out the company I hired back in 2017 to install the door took a bunch of shortcuts. Kevin was able to fix what they neglected to do properly and replaced the sub par parts originally used. Door is working great and we are happy.

This was our 4th service call with Precision and our second with Royal and we are uniformly impressed with their professionalism, technical acumen and their almost immediate response time. Really a very seamless, positive experience as well. Their advertising is not hyperbole. In our case they had all of the parts and equipment on the truck to install our new garage door opener.
