Recently I have had a few screws fall out of my garage door. This is not a big deal. But I have had some health issues so I couldn’t find where they belonged. On December 16, 2024 tech Vladimir came to my home. He fixed the problem & checked everything on the door. He found two parts that were stressed & replaced both of them. It is like having a new door. He even changed the light bold in the garage for me. He was polite & extremely competent in his work. I’m a very happy customer. Great company & great person!

Brandon R, was installer and did incredible job. Removed burned out opener and installed new Genie heavy duty operator included beefed up rail assembly. New features included WiFi connectivity. Brandon programed my car and instructions on using iPhone to open and close the door remotely. iPhone worked perfect as well as my car. Great service as usual from Precision Garage Door. I have used Precision in the past and have had good experiences. Eric G. came out this time to do a maintenance check on my garage door (it was making some strange noises). Found some safety issues and badly worn parts. He was great to work with, zero pressure to do anything if I didn’t want to that day. And then he gave me a couple options and was very patient with my questions. A great and professional experience, even left my garage a bit cleaner than when he arrived. I will be calling them again for any garage door stuff I need done.

Precision technician Cole was prompt, friendly, and highly professional. He 1) clearly and honestly explained the issues, options, and pros and cons with no attempt to oversell, 2) took extra care to choose, fit and test the proper springs for maximum ease of manual operation in the event a power outage prevented us from using the opener, and 3) took his time to do a careful and high-quality installation that satisfied both his customer and his own pride in his work. Replaced garage door springs, torsion shaft, bearing plates and cable drums on original 50-year-old door mechanism at a reasonable price, not only fixing the original problem, but resulting in noticeably smoother and quieter operation that will provide peace of mind and extend the life of our existing opener. No one likes garage door breakdowns, but since you have to spend the money, it's a pleasure to work with top-quality craftsmen.

A very reputable company. The first time they came out our problem was fixed for a short time but reappeared. The first solution was only a part of the problem and he found out there was a second part that was failing now. Andrew gave us the options available to fix it. One option was reasonable and less expensive involving the circuit board and another part but could not guarantee that it would fix the problem. Option two was updating the garage opener which we went with. Our door is a solid wood door and very heavy so we upgraded to a heavier duty opener

Our garage door track and motor bit the dust midday on Sunday and by Monday night we’d had a new motor installed with some much needed additional repairs completed. Tony was extremely friendly and thorough in his explanation of the services needed and provided different options to best meet our needs. The technician Kevin showed upon time and even apologized for not being at the beginning of the appointment time window even though he was still well within it. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the issue totally clearly and explained our various options perfectly. He didn’t pressure us at all and once we settled on the way to go he very quickly replaced our opener and several pieces of door hardware including the springs. Once complete with that, he cleaned up leaving our garage cleaner than when he arrived and reprogrammed our keypad and cars’ home links. Kevin was top-notch and recommend Precision without hesitation.
