I was very happy with the whole process from Precision, from the lady who took my initial call to set up my appointment and then the technician, Orlando who did an excellent job explaining all the options and walking me through the process to repair my garage door. I’m very happy I chose Precision to do this work! I hope I don’t have any issues for a long time but the next time I do, I will most definitely call Precision.

When I called this morning about needing a roller put back online with your company I did that because in May I had had a big problem with my garage door and Brandon came out and fixed everything and today Ben came was nice to meet him and he did a fantastic job and answered my questions. He was very nice just like Brandon had been. so the two experiences I have had with your company the lady answering the phone, Angie,today very professional and very nice both times whoever I talked to we’re very nice and professional, and both times the guys did their job were very professional and just kind and great people. I would definitely recommend you guys to anyone and I did tell our one grandson tonight that your company had been out and why and about your workers Brandon and Ben and I will always recommend you guys to anybody that asks about a garage door problem. Having a garage problem in May couldn’t have turned out to be a better thing even though things were broken, but we met good people and good workers and a good company. Recently I have had a few screws fall out of my garage door. This is not a big deal. But I have had some health issues so I couldn’t find where they belonged. On December 16, 2024 tech Vladimir came to my home. He fixed the problem & checked everything on the door. He found two parts that were stressed & replaced both of them. It is like having a new door. He even changed the light bold in the garage for me. He was polite & extremely competent in his work. I’m a very happy customer. Great company & great person!
